Arrange half the eggplant slices in a casserole dish to make the bottom layer. Spread meat sauce over eggplant. Add remaining eggplant layer. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese

Bake for 25-30 minutes. May brown under broiler for last few minutes if desired
