Step 1
Add all ingredients to a heavy saucepan and cook over medium heat to dissolve sugar, stirring occasionally. Increase heat and simmer for 5 minutes until cranberries pop, stirring and crushing the berries. Add additional juice while cooking as needed if mixture seems too dry. Transfer to bowl and allow to cool.
