Step 1
Cream butter and sugar in a bowl until creamy

Add your egg and mix

Add baking powder, strawberry essence and a tiny drop of red food coloring then mix.

Add your flour then Mix to combine. Do not over mix or you will end up with gummy cake
Step 5
Pour into a ramekin or into a tiny baking pan and bake in a preheated over at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean
