Mini Biscuit Pizzas

In place of the grands biscuits you can also use grands mini pizza doughs. Also, these are the toppings we have for when we make these but you could add or take away whatever you like! I usually put all the toppings out and we make them family style at the table so that everything is accessible and fun. These are actually pretty filling so just a heads up of you’re thinking you’ll need a lot! This recipe will serve 8 people 2 pizzas.

Instructions

Step 1
Spray your cookie sheets with pan release. Take each biscuit dough and press it out on the cookie sheet until you’ve reached your desired thickness and size of mini pizza.
Step 2
Spread pizza sauce on the biscuit pizza dough. Add your desired toppings and cheese, there are many different combinations!
Step 3
Bake at 350° F for about 13 minutes or until the dough is a light golden brown and the cheese is melted.
