Instructions

Step 1
1. Bake Potatoes at 400o F for 1 hour, or until done. Let cool. Scoop out pulp and dice into medium size chunks. Set aside.
Step 2
2. Melt butter over low-medium heat. Add flour. Stir and cook until it becomes a blonde roux.
Step 3
3. Gradually add Milk while whisking to prevent chucks. Cook until the mixture has thickened slightly.
Step 4
4. Add remaining ingredients and cook until everything is thoroughly heated.
