Hake Fillet with Fried Artichoke

Pan seared Hake Fried half Artichoke Padron Pepper Sauce

Instructions

Step 1
Peel and Boil the Artichoke for 30 minutes then cut into halves
Step 2
Sauté Onion, garlic and Bay leaf until soft. Deglaze with white wine, Add Sliced padron Peppers and sauté until soft. Blend and season then pass the sauce to make smooth.
Step 3
Pan sear the Hake skin side down, finish in the oven for 5 mins
Step 4
Fry the Artichoke half until brown on each side
