Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°

Cook the sausage and set aside
Step 3
In the sausage oil, over medium high heat, cook the potatoes, salt and pepper the potatoes to taste (they need a good amount of seasoning) , about 7-10 minutes

Meanwhile mix together the eggs, seasoning, cheese, and heavy cream. Add the sausage and stir
Step 5
Spray a 9x13 casserole dish with nonstick spray
Step 6
Add the potatoes to the bottom and the egg mixture over the potatoes.
Step 7
Bake uncovered for 45 minutes
