Instructions
Step 1
In a small bowl, combine lime juice and pulp, vanilla and cinnamon.
Step 2
(It's best to use a small whisk or fork so cinnamon doesn't clump up.)
Step 3
In a large bowl, combine tangerines, bananas, and coconut.
Step 4
Pour lime mixture over them and toss well, until all the fruit is coated.
Step 5
Serve at room temperature or slightly chilled in small sundae dishes, for dessert or breakfast.
