Instructions
Step 1
Put the tomato juice in a saucepan.
Step 2
Cut half the lemon into slices and squeeze the juice from the remaining half into the pan.
Step 3
Add the lemon slices, Worcestershire sauce and some salt and pepper to taste.
Step 4
Bring slowly to the boil and simmer gently, uncovered, for 10 min.
Step 5
Remove the saucepan from the heat and let cool for about 20 min.
Step 6
Stir in the vodka and some celery salt to taste.
Step 7
Serve in tall heatproof glasses.
