Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 140C.
Step 2
Arrange patty papers in a muffin tray.
Step 3
Place a biscuit in the bottom of each patty paper.
Step 4
Beat cream cheese, gradually adding sugar until mix is smooth.
Step 5
Add eggs, one at a time, mixing until smooth.
Step 6
Spoon mixture into the patty papers.
Step 7
Place berries on top and bake for approximately 25 minutes, or until cooked.
Step 8
Refrigerate when cool.
Step 9
I use fresh or thawed frozen blueberries. Passionfruit pulp, or other berries may be used.
