Chicken casserole base - add other items as desired. This recipe serves 2 large portions (we like a lot of the gravy/sauce) - and the carrots taste so good after cooking in it.

Instructions
Step 1
Chop carrots to desired thickness, and put on to boil for around 10 mins
Step 2
Chop onion, fine, and then pan fry until soft and golden. Set aside.
Step 3
Chop chicken to bite size pieces and pan fry to seal and slightly golden (no need to be fully cooked through)
Step 4
Make up one pint of stock, and add gravy granules to thicken. Add in mixed herbs.
Step 5
Combine all into an oven safe pot with a lid - mix well, and then bake for around 1 hour at 180C (fan)
