Step 1
Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Cook the walnuts for 2-3 minutes or until lightly toasted. Set aside to cool.
Step 2
Whisk the vinegar, oil and sugar in a jug until well combined. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Fill a large bowl with iced water. Add the lemon juice. Thinly slice the celeriac and place in the water. Place the radish in a large serving bowl.
Step 4
Drain the celeriac. Add the walnuts, celeriac and salad mix to the radish. Add the dressing to the salad and toss to combine.
