Instructions

Step 1
Mix marinade ingredients in a medium bowl, add sliced veg and marinade 30 min to 24 hours.
Step 2
Sautee onions and peppers in a hot pan for about three minutes. Add garlic and spices, cook two more minutes.
Step 3
Add in veg and marinade, cook on high heat for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Combine salsa ingredients in a small pot, heat and stir well.
