Step 1
1) Cook rice in rice cooker
Step 2
2) Preheat oven to 425°. Cube sweet potato. Drizzle with olive oil and season with taco seasoning. Cook for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Step 3
3) Cube chicken breasts. Season with adobo and taco seasoning. Cook on stove until done.
Step 4
4) Heat black beans on stove or in microwave
Step 5
5) Combine all ingredients into a bowl when done. Top with toppings.
