Instructions

Step 1
Mix all ingredients, bake in parchment lined loaf pan at 350 for 1 hour Optional glaze with powdered sugar & lemon juice glaze Variations - take out lemon juice, reduce flour by 1/4 cup & add in 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1/2-1 cup chocolate chips, also could add in 1/4 cup coco powder
