Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350. Butter a 13x9 inch casserole dish.

2. In a large skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter and add one tablespoon of oil and sauté onions until translucent. Add squash and add seasonings and cook until the squash has softened.

3. Add squash and onions to a large bowl. Add sour cream, and cheeses. Mix well. Pour into buttered casserole dish and top with crushed crackers and more cheese. Bake for 25 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
