Instructions
Step 1
To a crockpot, add your chicken breasts, salt, pepper, garlic powder and 1 cup of BBQ sauce

Cover with the crockpot lid and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 160 degrees Fahrenheit

Once cooked, uncover and shred chicken. I use a hand mixer.

Add the remaining BBQ sauce

Set chicken aside and cut open your slider buns

Slice your red onion
Step 7
Place the bottoms of your sliders in a greased 9x12 baking dish

Layer the bottoms of the sliders with pepper Jack cheese, then BBQ chicken, then your sliced red onions

Cover with the slider bun tops

In a small mixing bowl, microwave your butter in 10 second intervals until melted.
Step 11
Once melted, add your garlic salt and parsley flakes
Step 12
Spread butter mixture on top of buns
Step 13
Bake your sliders at 350 degrees for 15 minutes
