Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix cream cheese, oregano, Italian seasoning, basil, cheddar cheese, pepperoni slices, and 1 cup mozzarella cheese. Spread the cheese mixture into a cast iron or casserole dish. Pour the pizza sauce on top of the cheese mixture. Sprinkle the top with the remaining cheeses with more pepperoni.

When I made this, the bottom layer of cheeses wasn't quite "melty" enough for me. It was a bit too thick. I think I'll try with 4oz of cream cheese and 1/2 cup of the cheddar.
