Hawaiian Fruit Salad

Variations: Extra maraschino cherries (rinsed), fresh blueberries, white or red grapes, and mini marshmallows. Sliced strawberries for garnish

Instructions

Step 1
Chill fruit in cans thouroughly

Open cans and drain all liquid completely from the fruit. Add drained fruit into a large bowl

Add coconut and any additional fruit (and or mini marshmallows). Fold together with care and refrigerate.

30 minutes before serving, add sliced banana and sour cream. Go easy on the sour cream, only use enough to coat the fruit. Too much will make the salad too juicy!
