Instructions

Step 1
Finely chop cloves of garlic
Step 2
Mix the mince meat, egg, garlic, salt and pepper together in a bowl
Step 3
Roll mixture into 4 evenly sized balls. Then flatten each ball into the shape of a burger patty
Step 4
Place burger patties in the fridge for 30 mins
Step 5
Once ready, remove burgers from fridge and cook in frying pan on high heat
Step 6
Cook until brown on one side (about 3 mins) then flip and add cheese slices on top to melt. Cook for another 2.5 mins and then prepare to serve
Step 7
Fry bacon in frying pan
Step 8
Toast brioche buns
Step 9
Serve burger patties with brioche buns and bacon
