** See Chipotle Pineapple Salsa recipe which I copied to community. //Directions: Mince vegetables & pineapple in vegetable chopper. Add seasoning & can of Rotel tomatoes (I use lime/cilantro or fire roasted). Top tortilla chips with cheese and beans & bake in low oven or heat in microwave until cheese is melted. Top with homemade salsa, sour cream, hot sauce. Enjoy!
