This is my grandma's family recipe actually, and she passed it down to me. It may not be the healthiest dish, but it is delicious and it's perfect for me because I'm vegetarian and I'm VERY picky. I promise you won't regret trying out this recipe.

Step 1
Boil spinach in a pot filled with water. Strain and allow to cool off.
Step 2
Mix in a large bowl: eggs, mozzarella, pepper, ricotta, and spinach. Blend well.
Step 3
Pour into the pie shell. Place in preheated oven at 350 degrees and bake for 30 to 45 minutes
