Instructions
Step 1
Wash all vegetables and fruits. Dry well.
Step 2
Put mixed greens into a large bowl. Add grape tomatoes and seedless red grapes.
Step 3
Dice yellow bell pepper, zucchini, summer squash, dice cucumber and apple. Add to the greens’ mixture.
Step 4
Refrigerate salad at least an hour before serving.
Step 5
Add candied walnuts and pomegranate seeds right before serving. Serve with your favorite salad dressing(s).
