Instructions
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees
2. Peel, chop, boil and mash potatoes (with milk and margarine)
3. Dice onion and chop mushrooms 4. Rehydrate tvp in boiling water
5. Heat olive oil in a large pot and fry onion and garlic until translucent
6. Add tvp to the pot with mushrooms and frozen veg and cook for 5 minutes
7. Add boiling water and stock and cook until veggies are tender
8. Transfer tvp mixture to an oven safe dish and top with mashed potato
9. Cover with foil and bake in oven for 20 minutes 10. Serve
