Step 1
Drain the ripe tomatoes after washing and grating them.

Chop the olives, capers, and pickle finely.
Step 3
The spring onion should be peeled and brunoise.

Drain the oil and cut the smoked fish into thin slices once it has been defrosted. Keep chilled.
Step 5
Combine all of the chopped ingredients with the well-drained tomato, season with salt and pepper, and drizzle with olive oil. Allow at least an hour to cool before serving.
