Instructions
Step 1
Mince garlic cloves and cut pork into chunks. Combine pork, salt, pepper, and minced garlic in food processor. Process until ground but not puréed.
Step 2
Shape ground pork into 8-12 1” patties. Handle as little as possible to avoid making burgers tough.
Step 3
Set griddle to 400 degrees and add patties with a splash of olive oil. Cook for 3-5 minutes on each side. Burgers should reach 160 degrees to be well done.
