Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2
Place mushrooms on a parchment-lined baking sheet, gill side up and sprinkle with garlic powder, basil and oregano. Bake for 6 minutes.
Step 3
Top with tomato sauce, onions and peppers and a sprinkle of Nutritarian Parmesan. Bake for an additional 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Step 4
Note: To make Nutritarian Parmesan, place 1/4 cup walnuts or almonds and 1/4 cup nutritional yeast in a food processor and pulse until the texture of grated Parmesan is achieved. Store in an airtight container and refrigerate.
