Step 1
Start by chopping one red onion in half from pole to pole, and then in semi circles. In a small pot on high heat combine 1/4L of vinegar, the same amount of water and a pinch of salt. Once it comes to a boil, add the onion to a jar and cover with the boiling liquid, setting aside while making the rest
Step 2
Chop the chili, celery and onion into small pieces
Step 3
Add them to a bowl alongside the drained tuna can and the mayo, sriracha, salt and pepper
Step 4
Mix well until almost a paste is formed. In a pan or in the oven toast your bread (use olive oil if toasting in the pan)
Step 5
Optionally add some more sriracha and mayo to the bread before eating. Buon appetito!
