Instructions
Step 1
Dice Veggies and add to Crock Pot.
Step 2
Dice Beef then add Vegetable Oil to a skillet and sear till lightly crisp edges, then add to Crock Pot.
Step 3
Add 2 Cups Beef Broth to the heated skillet until light simmer, then add to Crock Pot.
Step 4
Add remaining Broth to the crock pot.
Step 5
Add seasonings and mix well.
Step 6
Cover crock pot and turn on low for 8 hours.
Step 7
Mix in flour to desired thickness.
