You can put the apples into oven whilst preparing the crumb, but it probably isn’t necessary. Serve with vegan yogurt, ice cream or alone!

Instructions

Step 1
Put apples in a baking tin alongside a tablespoon of sugar, teaspoon of cinnamon and a generous amount of rum (preferably spiced)
Step 2
Mix the oats, flour and butter together with fingers until it forms a crumb
Step 3
Add sugar, cinnamon, sunflower seeds and a pinch of salt
Step 4
LAyer this on top of the apple mixture
Step 5
Bake for 25 mins or until golden
