2 cupsflour
1 cupsugar
2 Tbspcocoa powder
1 tspbaking powder
1 tspvanilla
½ tspsalt
2eggs

1 cupvegetable oil
or melted butter
1 cupmilk
2 tspinstant coffee

For the syrup
Instructions
Step 1
In a large bowl, sift together dry ingredients.
Set aside.
Step 2
n a medium bowl, mix together wet ingredients. Whisk until smooth.
Add egg mixture into flour mixture and mix just until slightly combined. The mixture will be thick and that’s ok. Whisk just until smooth
Step 3
Scrape batter into prepared pan. Bake cake for 30 minutes until a skewer inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow to cool completely on a wire rack.
To make the chocolate syrup
Step 4
Mix all ingredients together in a small pan.
Step 5
Boil and stir on low heat, keep stirring until thick.
Step 6
When done, pour the hot syrup on top of the cooled cake. And serve . .
