These beef samosas are so delicious and so easy to make, I used uncooked flour tortillas for the shell, you can also use spring roll, egg roll, wonton wraps…
——Ingredients——
-1 pound of ground beef
-3 cloves of garlic
-1 large onion
-1 tablespoon of ginger paste
-1 tablespoon of chicken bouillon
-1 tablespoon of paprika
-1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
-1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
-1 teaspoon of garam masala
-1 teaspoon of cumin
-1 teaspoon of coriander
-1 heaping tablespoon of tomato paste
-2 cups of frozen peas and carrots
-1/2 cup of cilantro
-1 package of uncooked tortillas
-2 tablespoons of flour mix with ⬇️
-4 tablespoons of water to close the samosas with
