Instructions
Step 1
Cut 2 chicken breast in half lengthwise to make thinner. Season with Italian seasoning and garlic salt.
Step 2
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil on medium high heat
Step 3
Cook chicken until browned on both sides and is 165 degrees
Step 4
Remove chicken and set aside. Add the rest of the olive oil to the pan.
Step 5
Reduce heat to medium low. Saute tomatoes and garlic for 5 minutes or until tomatoes are soft,
Step 6
Add cream and pesto and bring mixture to a simmer
Step 7
Add chicken and let simmer for 5 minutes
Step 8
Sprinkle cheese on top and serve with noodles
