Combine dry ingredients

Add water and oil and mix

Let rest for 20 minutes

Knead for 10 minutes

Let rise for 2 hours

Put dough on oiled flat pan and dimple with fingers, then add tomatoes, olives, oregano, and some salt

Let rise for 30 minutes, meanwhile preheat oven to 350

Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes or until golden on top
