Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.l

Step 2
Trim the ends of asparagus, wash and dry. Lay out strips of prosciutto. Divide asparagus into groups of 3 stalks (depending of stalk size) and lay on prosciutto
Step 3
Cut thin slices of goat cheese and place on the asparagus and roll the prosciutto, asparagus and goat cheese up
Step 4
Bake for 15-20 minutes until prosciutto is a little crispy, cheese is melted and asparagus is cooked. Let cool for 5 minutes and enjoy
