Instructions
Step 1
Place potatoes in a medium pot with water to cover & add 1/4 teaspoon salt.
Step 2
Bring to a boil & simmer till tender. Remove potatoes & drain.
Step 3
Add butter to the pot that the potatoes were cooked to melt.
Step 4
Return potatoes to pot with remaining ingredients to puree ( blended) potatoes.
