60mlunsweetened vanilla almond milk
60gegg white
substitute with 1 whole egg
¼ tspvanilla extract
¼ tspbaking powder
20gsoy protein
substitute with other vegan/whey protein or don’t use it at all

Bread
Step 1
Spread chocolate syrup on top of one slice of bread.
Step 2
Spread peanut butter on top of the other bread.
Step 3
Place second slice of bread on top.
Mixture
Step 4
Mix egg white/egg with protein powder, milk, sweetener and vanilla extract into a shallow bowl (optional: pour mixture into a blender and blend till smooth).
Step 5
Dip bread into the mixture on both sides for 15-20 secs.
Cooking
Step 6
Butter pan and heat up on medium heat. Once heated, cook bread on both sides until egg mixture is cooked.
Step 7
Top with favourite toppings to serve.
