Instructions
Step 1
Slice cucumber into 1/4 inch thick pieces.
Step 2
Open and drain all the liquid from the canned tuna.
Step 3
Place tuna into a mixing bowl, along with greek yogurt, spicy mustard, lemon juice, chopped green onion, and hot sauce.
Step 4
Mix well.
Step 5
Spoon a small amount of the tuna mixture onto each cucumber slice.
Step 6
Sprinkle paprika on top if desired.
