Instructions

Step 1
Combine marinade ingredients into a bowl with the chicken. Refrigerate for 3-24 hours.
Step 2
Heat butter in frying pan.
Step 3
Add chicken to frying pan and cook each side for 3-5 mins.
Step 4
Add rest of the curry ingredients into the frying pan.
Step 5
Turn heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes.
Step 6
Serve over rice.
