Instructions

Step 1
Place a non-stick pan on high heat
Step 2
Add mushrooms, carrots, and 1/2 cup water for 5 mins
Step 3
Add chilli garlic sauce, soy sauce, ginger powder and toss/ mix
Step 4
Add onion, 1/2 cup water and toss/ mix for 3 mins
Step 5
Add 1/2 tsp cornstarch to 1/2 cup cold water and stir until dissolved
Step 6
Add corn starch slurry to pan, remove from heat and mix until sauce thickens
