Instructions
Step 1
1. Add all ingredients to a pot of boiling water.
Step 2
2. Submerge vegetables in boiling water.
Step 3
3. Reduce heat and allow vegetables to cook 45 minutes.
Step 4
4. Remove all ingredients from pot. Liquid should look light green in color and have a vegetable-like smell.
Step 5
Store liquid in glass containers for up to 2 weeks.
Step 6
Every day drink 1–2 shots of mineral broth for a magnesium, vitamin K, and B vitamin supplement.
