Step 1
1. Spray cheesecake molds with cooking spray. Combine all ingredients. Press mixture into in to mold. Refrigerate to set.

2. Preheat oven to 350. Mix cream cheese and sugar. Add crème fraîche and mix. Add one egg at a time until well incorporated. Lastly, add in vanilla. Poor mixture into gram cracker lined cheesecake pan. Place cheese cake in a water bath (this prevents cracks on the top of your cheesecake). Bake for 50-60 minutes. Let cheesecake sit in fridge over night.
