4 Tbspcoriander seeds
sabot daniya
4 Tbspcumin seeds
sabot zeera
2 Tbspcloves
laung
2 Tbspblack peppercorns

7black cardamoms
badi elaichi
3 piecesnutmeg

Instructions
Step 1
Heat a pan & add all whole spices except green cardamoms.
Step 2
Roast them on a low to medium heat without burning until they begin to smell good.
Step 3
Turn off the heat, add green cardamoms and cool completely.
Step 4
Add all of these spices to a spice grinder jar. Powder finely.
Step 5
If grinder is not grinding finely. Sieve through it and grind the coarse spices again. Then repeat the sieve process.
Step 6
Store this garam masala powder in an air tight container.
