Spice mix
Step 1
For making pumpkin spice mix add cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg into the dry grinding jar. Once the spices are ground into a fine powder remove them into a bowl and add dry ginger powder mix well
Step 2
In the large jar add boiled pumpkin wedges, sugar, pumpkin seeds, vegan vanilla ice cream and almond milk. Now add 1 tsp of pumpkin spice mix. Once it blends remove the shake into 2 glasses and serve it immediately. You can garnish it with some pumpkin seeds on top and some sprinkle of the spice mix.
