Instructions
Step 1
Chop Peppers, garlic and chillies, mix together in a food processor.
Step 2
Add the cider vinegar, chopped tomatoes and sugar.
Step 3
Bring to a boil for 10- 15 mins, scrape off the scum on top.
Step 4
Bring down the heat to Gas mark 2.
Step 5
Simmer and stir occasionally for about 50mins
Step 6
When the mixtures starts to thicken bring to boil and transfer the mixture into a pourable jug
Step 7
Clean jars and put them into the over for 10 mins
Step 8
Pour contents into jars, do not let the jam touch the jar rim otherwise could contaminate.
Step 9
When screwing the lid on push the button down then screw.
