Instructions
Step 1
Place chicken thighs on bottom of slow cooker. Season with garlic powder and pepper.
Step 2
Stir together cream cheese, mayo, half of cheese, half of bacon, and more pepper in bowl. Mix well.
Step 3
Spoon and generously spread mixture onto the chicken. Sprinkle with onion soup mix, remaining cheese, and bacon. Top with parsley or green onions. Serve with slotted spoon.
