Instructions
Step 1
- Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix them together well. Pour over your steaks.
Step 2
- Cover steaks and put them in the fridge for any where from an hour to overnight.
Step 3
- Sear your steaks on your BBQ on high heat at first then reduce to medium high only flipping once. For medium rare, cook approximately 5 minutes per side.
Step 4
- Remove steaks once at desired doneness and cover with foil. Allow them to rest 10 minutes to reabsorb there juices.
Step 5
- Enjoy!
