Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven on 185 degrees celsius.

For the cake batter

Step 2
Mix the butter and sugar, till it's fluffy and airy.
Step 3
Add the eggs one at a time.
Step 4
Add the vanilla sugar, flour, salt, milk, lemon zest. And stir until the batter is well mixed.
Step 5
Bake the cupcakes for 14 minutes. Make sure that you turn the cupcake tin halfway, so that all the cupcakes are well cooked.

For the milk cream frosting

Step 6
Make sure your heavy cream is cold before whipping it. Add the powdered sugar to the heavy cream and beat until it becomes whipped cream.
Step 7
Put 1/3 of the whipped cream in another bowl. And add some diced strawberries to that (we are going to fill the inside of the cupcake with this)

For decoration of the cupcakes

Step 8
Make a hole in the center of the cupcakes. (make sure they are completely cooled down)

Put the strawberry cream (that we have separately put in a bowl) in a piping bag.
Step 10
Fill the holes with the strawberry cream.
Step 11
Now put the whipped cream 'without' strawberry in a piping bag. And put this on the top of the cupcake as decoration.
Step 12
Now cut the remaining strawberries in halves. And decorate the cupcake with the strawberries.
Step 13
And enjoy it!
