Paleo Apple Blondies
You can add spiced pecans but we don't like them.

Ingredients

1 cupcassava flour
½ tspcinnamon
½ tspsea salt
½ tspbaking soda
⅔ cupmaple syrup
½ cupalmond butter
⅓ cupliquid coconut oil
1 tspvanilla extract
1egg
whisked
1 cupapples
peeled and finely chopped
Preheat oven
to 350 degrees F
cassava flour
cinnamon
sea salt
baking soda
maple syrup
bowl, mix together
almond butter
coconut oil
vanilla
egg
Pour wet ingredients
into dry ingredients, mix well Fold in apples
baking dish
into and spread batter evenly Top with spiced cans
Bake
20 to 25 minutes, until toothpick in center comes out clean

1/2 tsp. cinnamon

1/2 tsp. sea salt

1/2 tsp. baking soda

2/3 cup maple syrup
Step 6
½ cup almond butter
Step 7
1/3 cup liquid coconut oil
Step 8
1 tsp. vanilla extract

1 egg (whisked)

1 cup peeled and finely chopped apples

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

In large bowl, combine cassava flour, cinnamon, sea salt and baking soda.

In another bowl, mix together maple syrup, almond butter, coconut oil, vanilla and egg.
Step 14
Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients; mix well. Fold in apples.
Step 15
Pour into baking dish and spread batter evenly. Top with spiced pecans.

Bake 20 to 25 minutes, until toothpick in center comes out clean
