Instructions
Step 1
Toast the walnuts, pumpkin seeds, oats and popped quinoa in a non stick pan on medium heat
Step 2
Once the ingredients have turned slightly brown turn down the heat to low
Step 3
Add your sweetener of choice and the cinnamon and mix, continue toasting until your granola is golden
Step 4
Turn the heat off and let the granola cool down, either in the pan of on the piece of baking paper
Step 5
Add the 100 grams of your coconut bowl, top with 1 banana and your desired amount of coconut, almond or oat milk.
